Toothache home remedy

Toothache home remedies: now a days tooth pain is common problem . It is faced by both adult and kids . At past old man would also had a strong teeth.

Causes of toothache:

1. Poor oral hygiene

Following this one remedy not only solve the problem of tooth pain but also remove bad breath , sensitivity and gives you a white teeth within a week.

Ingredient 

1. Dry lemon powder ( lemon peel which is left after squeezing it juice)

You can collect this lemon peel in month by storing them in refrigerator . In refrigerator lemon peel will become dry.

Take collected lemon peel and grind it in a grinder to make a powder of it.

 2.Salt

Mix lemon peel powder and salt in equal quantity and store it in a tight container.

How to use ?

After brushing your teeth with your regular toothpaste take one tsp of this powder mixture in your hand and then brush it all over your mouth with brush.

Tips to care your teeth

1. Don't brush your teeth two times a day it will week your gums . At night don't brush after eating instead flux your mouth with water from four to five times. As chemical in toothpaste is not suitable for teeth just after eating .

2.massage your gum with your finger by using your finger as a brush and moving all over your mouth. Massaging your gums makes a gum strong a result tooth does not loose easily. You can massage your gum with dantmanjan available in a market.

3. Clean your tongue two times a day with copper tongue cleaner.
